Tuition

Tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year is $14,150.  Please click here to view the letter from the Principal regarding tuition.

For the 2017-2018 school year, accepted/returning students will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $400 with the signed Letter of Intent to secure enrollment. This deposit is part of tuition and the amount will not be included in future tuition invoices.

Tuition Payment Plan

For the 2017-2018 school year, Mount de Sales has continued to partner with FACTS Management Company for the collection of all tuition that is not paid in a single payment by July 3, 2017.  In order to accommodate budgetary needs, families are offered several payment plans for tuition payments.  In addition to a single annual payment, two payment, four payment, and ten payment plans are offered.   Tuition must be paid according to the due dates outlined in each payment plan.  Reenrollment and initial registration are available online at FACTS Payment Plan.

Please note: Families who pay tuition in a single annual payment do NOT need to apply for FACTS. If a single payment is made by credit card, the card holder will be charged a 2% fee in addition to the tuition amount.

For more information on FACTS, please click here, or call the Business Office at 410.744.8498 ext. 110. Details regarding tuition will be sent in acceptance packets for new students (February 2017) and reenrollment packets for current students during the spring 2017 semester.

Sacred Heart Program Tuition

Students who are accepted into the Sacred Heart Program, will be billed for their specific phase.

The 2017-2018 tuition for the Sacred Heart Program is currently:
$3,000 for Phase 1 Sacred Heart Seminar
$1,000 for Phase 2 Coaching Sessions
$300 for the Monitoring program

These amounts are in addition to the current tuition. The choice of tuition payment plan remains the same.

Books and Fees

A Books and Fees bill will be mailed to every student’s family in July after the student’s schedule has been finalized. This includes the cost for textbooks ONLY ($175), as well as a student’s Miraculous Medal, agenda, locker lock, name tag, media fee and retreat fee. Fees vary based on a student’s grade. (For freshmen, an estimated ballpark range is $300-$400). Upperclassmen enrolled in AP classes will be billed for the AP exam in their Books and Fees bills. Please note that bill amounts will also vary based on electives.

Families are responsible for purchasing the curriculum-specific workbooks, novels and reference materials (consumables). These items are not included on a student’s Books and Fees bill. Mount de Sales partners with MBS Direct for purchase of these items. The online bookstore will be updated with each student’s schedule for easy ordering. (For freshmen, an estimated consumables cost is around $200).

Additional Fees

Athletic Fee: $150 per sport, per student-athlete. Charged separately each season after rosters are finalized.
Graduation Fee (seniors only): $185. Charged the spring of senior year prior to graduation. This fee does not include the cost of the graduation dress.

Uniforms

Uniforms are purchased directly from Flynn & O'Hara.  Please visit our Uniform Page for further information.
