Shark Tank

Ms. Krastel’s Economics and Statistics class participated in a critical thinking activity similar to the show “Shark Tank.”  The students developed marketing strategies including how to adjust their company for a good and bad economy, determined how they would generate income, identified their competitors, and forecasted where they see their company in five to 10 years.  Each group presented their business plan and sought to convince and sell their ideas to their classmates. Students voted on which business they thought was the best idea.
