  • Part-Time Physics Teacher

    Mount de Sales Academy is hiring a Part-Time Physics Teacher for the “Hybrid Learning” 2020-2021 school year.

    The successful candidate must be able to plan, organize, and implement the Mount de Sales Academy hybrid instructional program within the Catholic learning environment, teach in the physical school building (two classes per day), and navigate his/her students who are within the classroom online. Preferred candidates have knowledge of instructional software (such as Canvas and Office 365) and can navigate educational technology.
     
    This position requires professional certification or pursuit of certification and  Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from an accredited educational institution.

    Mount de Sales Academy is in compliance with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. Health protocols such as masks, 6 foot distancing, hand and room sanitation will be in place.

    The Testing Coordinator oversees the process of testing with accommodations for students enrolled in the Sacred Heart Program.
     
    The Testing Coordinator at Mount de Sales Academy is expected to be a highly skilled professional who works in close collaboration with the Director of Academic Services so that he or she may effectively fulfill the various roles that must be assumed during the course of the day. Mount de Sales Academy seeks to offer a high-quality program that is integrated with religious truths and values. The Testing Coordinator supports the basic beliefs, values and traditions of the Catholic Church in communications, personal demeanor, and lifestyle. The Testing Coordinator is expected to model these values in his or her spirit of service and dealings with other colleagues.
