Application Requirements: Please submit a one-page, one-sided Word or PDF document with the applicant’s full legal name, current school, and details of all service and leadership activities participated in from grades 6 – 8. Details should include level of involvement and frequency of each activity. At least one recommendation from an adult who has held an advisory or supervising role in the applicant's activities also needs to be submitted directly from the recommender. This recommendation should include the number of years the adult has worked with the applicant.

These scholarships are awarded to applicants who exhibit extraordinary service and leadership qualities outside of required school activities. Applicants will be asked to speak to the activities noted on their scholarship application during their candidate interview in January.

Auditions: Applicants will be contacted in early January 2023 to schedule an audition. Auditions are NOT indicative of an admissions decision. St. Cecilia Music scholarships are awarded to students for both vocal and instrumental music.
Number of Scholarships Awarded: Three (3) vocal and three (3) instrumental scholarships are awarded annually.

The St. Jane Frances de Chantal Scholarship is awarded to two incoming freshmen of the Class of 2027 who hold strong to their Catholic faith and have demonstrated leadership qualities in their church, school, or community. This scholarship is intended for young women who desire to develop their Catholic leadership qualities and utilize their gifts and talents in order to serve God and others. The scholarship totals half-tuition per year for four years, per recipient, as long as requirements are met annually.

The Guardians of Life Scholarship is awarded to a student whose essay and project proposal promote a better understanding and non-violent initiatives to protect the unborn and help young women in need. This scholarship was established through the generosity of the Guardians of Life Foundation.
Important Requirement: Applicants must be practicing Catholics who meet requirements listed on the scholarship application. Students grades 9 - 12 may apply for a Semper Fi Scholarship.
Amount: Allocated by selection committee.
Renewable: Possible. Annual application required.

The Semper Fi Scholarship is established in memory of the many Marines who have remained “always faithful” to God, country and the Corps, and to acknowledge and support those Catholic families who have been faithful to living their Catholic faith.
The Knott Scholarship Funds award four-year, full-tuition scholarships to attend a Catholic high school located in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, or Howard counties. These scholarships look to honor Catholic students who excel in academics. To apply for these scholarships the student MUST meet ALL of the criteria. The Maryland State Council of the Knights of Columbus is the sponsor of several High School scholarships for its members and for Catholic Students in general.
Awards may be applied to tuition payments only. Visit https://kofc-md.org/high-school-scholarships/ for descriptions, application information and eligibility. The application period is from October 1, 2022 to February 1, 2023. All applications must be received by the Scholarship Committee no later than February 1, 2023.
Families are encouraged to check with their parishes regarding the possibility of limited tuition assistance for Catholic students attending Catholic schools.
