    Archdiocese of Baltimore or Washington Students:

  • Public, Non-Catholic Private, & Homeschool Students

  • Sacred Heart Program Applicants

    Students applying to MDSA through the Sacred Heart Program need to submit:
    1. Full educational-psychological evaluation completed by a licensed/certified professiobnal within three years of applying to MDSA
    2. MDSA Application

    4. Middle School Transcripts
    5. Recommendation Form(s) - refer to current school type drop down for recommendation requirements

All acceptances are conditional upon the successful completion of current academic year. All decisions regarding the acceptance of a student into Mount de Sales Academy are done with the highest emphasis placed on what is in the best interest of the individual girl.
