Christmas Bazaar Committees:

Spaghetti Dinner
– Assistance needed on Friday and/or Saturday before the dinner to prepare spaghetti sauce and spaghetti. On Sunday, heat sauce and spaghetti, make salads and cut bread during 3 - 4 hour shifts. (POCs:

Dinner Hostesses – Order Tickets, Set up and decorate on Friday evening for Sunday’s dinner (Dads are especially needed to help with the heavy lifting). On Sunday, work shifts to seat guests, prepare drinks, monitor/coordinate student waitresses and/or clean-up. (POC: Kim Dignan: kdignan@mountdesales.org; 443-996-4060)


Crafts – Make items all year long to sell during the bazaar. Craft work can be done from home or at the craft room every Tuesday morning. Come as you can. (POC: Gwen Marcus, 206-890-9265, g.marcus@comcast.net )

Secret Santa – Staff the Secret Santa shop in 2 – 3 hour shifts during the bazaar which includes greeting children and helping them select and wrap gifts. Volunteers needed to set up on Friday evening and clean up after bazaar. (POC: Kim Dignan: kdignan@mountdesales.org; 443-996-4060)


Silent Auction – Three areas are needed to be staffed: drivers with large cars to transport the baskets filled by the homerooms from MDSA to the chairperson’s home, help put together the baskets, staffing the auction in 2 – 4 hour shifts during the bazaar.
