Lacrosse Camp

Time: 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Location: Mount de Sales Academy

Grades: 4 - 8

Director: Eric Pfeiler, MDSA Coach

The MDSA Lacrosse Speed and Conditioning Camp will focus on developing stronger and more confident female lacrosse players. The camp will enhance fundamental skills, improve individual stick work, and develop agility, strength, and conditioning.

Staff will also include current Mount de Sales Academy high school players and collegiate lacrosse Division I MDSA alumnae.

What to Bring:

Each camper should bring a lacrosse stick, lacrosse goggles, mouth guard, and athletic shoes for turf. Each camper MUST bring their own water bottle

Drop off: 5:00 p.m.

Pickup: 8:00 p.m.

Grade ranges listed indicate campers’ grades in the 2023-2024 school year.
