Tuition Information

Tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is $16,750. Accepted/returning students will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 with the signed Enrollment Agreement to secure enrollment. This deposit is part of tuition and the amount will not be included in future tuition invoices.

Mount de Sales has continued to partner with FACTS Management Company for the collection of all tuition that is not paid in a single payment by July 1, 2022. In order to accommodate budgetary needs, families are offered several payment plans for tuition payments. In addition to a single annual payment, two payment, four payment, and ten payment plans are offered. Tuition must be paid according to the due dates outlined in each payment plan. Reenrollment and initial registration are available online at FACTS Payment Plan.

Please note: Families who pay tuition in a single annual payment do NOT need to apply for FACTS. If a single payment is made by credit card, the card holder will be charged a 2.5% fee in addition to the tuition amount.

For more information on FACTS, please click here, or call the Business Office at 410.744.8498 ext. 110. Details regarding tuition were available to newly accepted students on their admissions portal (February 2022) and reenrollment packets were sent to current students during the spring 2022 semester.

List of 4 items.

  • Sacred Heart Program Tuition

Students who are accepted into the Sacred Heart Program, will be billed for their specific phase.

The 2022-2023 tuition for the Sacred Heart Program is currently:
    • $4,680 for Phase 1 Sacred Heart Seminar
These amounts are in addition to the current tuition. The choice of tuition payment plan remains the same.

Please defer to Pat Martel for updates.
  • School Fees

A school fee bill will be mailed to every student’s family in July after the student’s schedule has been finalized. Fees vary based on a student’s grade.

For incoming freshman, the bill includes the cost for textbooks, as well as a student’s Miraculous Medal, agenda, locker lock, name tag, media fee, safety fee, and retreat fee. An approximate range is $300-$400.

Upperclassmen enrolled in AP classes will be billed for the AP exam in their school fee bill. Bill amounts will also vary based on electives.

Families are responsible for purchasing the curriculum-specific workbooks, novels and reference materials (consumables). These items are not included on a student’s school fee bill. Mount de Sales partners with MBS Direct for purchase of these items. The online bookstore will be updated with each student’s schedule for easy ordering. (For freshmen, an estimated consumables cost is around $200).
