Financial Information

When you choose Mount de Sales, you are investing in your daughter’s growth. She will be embraced by our school community; a solid, faith-filled community that provides an excellent college preparatory education that promotes flourishing of the whole person. She will be morally grounded, academically competent, civically responsible, mentally & physically balanced, personal and sociable.

The Board of Trustees and Administration of Mount de Sales are committed to keeping Catholic education affordable. We offer need-based financial aid and a variety of scholarships to ensure our school remains accessible to young women everywhere. 49% of Mount de Sales families will receive financial aid during the 2024-25 school year. We also accept scholarships from third parties, such as parish organizations. Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $18,375.

Tuition Assistance

Families wishing to be considered for tuition assistance must annually submit an application to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. To be considered for 2025-2026 tuition assistance, families must submit a FACTS application by January 10, 2025.

Applications are available online via the FACTS website. Click here for application instructions. In order to accommodate budgetary needs, single annual payment, two payment, four payment, and ten payment plans for tuition are offered. For FAQs, click here.

*All families are required to have an account with FACTS for payment of tuition and school related fees, even if paying by single payment.

  • Sacred Heart Program Tuition

    Students who are accepted into the Sacred Heart Program, will be billed for their specific phase.

    The 2024-2025 tuition for the Sacred Heart Program is currently:
    • $4,820 for Phase 1 Sacred Heart Seminar
    These amounts are in addition to the current tuition and will be included in the selected tuition payment plan.
  • School Fees

    Misc. School Fees: Fees for retreat, Advanced Placement (A/P) Courses, and any other necessary fees are charged periodically during the school year utilizing the FACTS Incidental payment system.

    Textbook and Consumables Fees: Mount de Sales will purchase textbooks and charge a rental fee for usage each year and the fee will be included in the annual enrollment/reenrollment agreement for the school year. Families are responsible for purchasing curriculum-specific workbooks, novels and reference materials (consumables). These items are not included in the textbook rental fee of the annual enrollment agreement. For freshmen, an estimated consumables cost is around $200.

    Athletic Fee: Fees are charges per sport, per student-athlete. Charged separately each season after rosters are finalized.

    Graduation Fee (seniors only):  Charged the spring of senior year prior to graduation. This fee does not include the cost of the graduation dress.
